Terms and conditions

  1. NTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

The operator of the Internet services available at www.hojobs.eu (hereinafter the “Service”) is  Petr Gorčík se sídlem Bánov 553, 68754 Bánov, info@hojobs.eu, IČ:88865754, Entrepreneur
is registered in the Trade Register kept at the Municipal Office in Uherský Brod, Czech Republic,
(hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).

These Terms and Conditions regulate the mutual rights and obligations between the Service Provider and its users (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”); Before using the Service, each User is obliged to thoroughly acquaint themselves with these Terms and to refrain from using the Service in case of disagreement. User agrees to the Terms by any use of the Service.

2. REGISTRATION

The user who responds to the job offer uses the service without registration.

A user who wants to offer a job must register. Enter the email address when registering.

A user who wants to offer to work or offer a service must register. Enter the email address when registering.

A user who wants to be on the job seeker list must register. Enter the email address when registering.

The User is obliged to keep his / her login data secret and is not entitled to allow a third party to use his / her user account. In the event of failure to comply with this obligation, the User shall be liable for any damage incurred in connection with the use of his user account by a third party. The Operator bears no responsibility if the account is misused by a third party.

The User may at any time, without giving a reason, request the cancellation of his / her user account in the Service, in writing at the Provider’s address or via an e-mail address info@hojobs.eu .


Each User may have only one user account. If one person sets up additional user accounts, the Operator is entitled to block or cancel the other user accounts and the original account of the person. An employer may have different user accounts if each of these accounts has been set up by a different representative of the employer. The Operator is entitled to block or cancel the user account if this Terms violate this account.

3. WORK OFFERS

The service contains a section with job offers of employers (hereinafter referred to as “Offers”) and enables the User to react to these Offers without registration.

The Operator is not responsible for the published Job Offers. All Offers are of an informative nature only, do not constitute a proposal for the conclusion of any contract, nor do they create the right of the User to participate in the selection procedure for the relevant position.

4. WORK OR CUSTOMER DEMANDS

The Service contains a section with Demand for work or customers (hereinafter referred to as “Demand”) and allows the User to respond to these demands without the need for registration.

The Operator is not responsible for the published Demands. All Demands are of an informative nature only, do not constitute a proposal for the conclusion of any contract, nor do they establish the right of the User to provide the job of the tenderer or to provide a service.

5. PRIVACY PROTECTION

Privacy Policy The Services are contained in a separate document available at https://www.hojobs.eu/en/privacy-policy-and-cookies/, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the User also agrees with the Privacy Policy.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

When using the Service, the User may not use procedures, software tools or scripts that could adversely affect the operation of the Service, in particular disrupt the functionality of the Service or cause an unreasonable burden on the Service. Also, the User may not engage in any activity that could constitute unauthorized interference with the Service for its purpose and functioning.

The Operator reserves the right that the Service may not be available at all times, especially due to technical faults or regular maintenance. The Operator also reserves the right to change the Service or terminate its provision at any time. The Operator shall not be liable for any damage caused to the User due to unavailability, changes or termination of the Service.

In case of breach of these Terms and Conditions or binding legal regulations of the Czech Republic, the Operator is entitled to block the User access to the Service or to cancel his user account without any compensation.

All relations between the Operator and the User are governed by these Terms and Conditions and binding legal regulations of the Czech Republic.

All disputes between the Operator and the User shall be settled by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
